    Ting Park is a 42-acre park that features an 1,800 seat multi-sport stadium with synthetic turf fields. Home stadium for the Holly Springs Salamanders (Coastal Plains League Baseball Team), this venue is a frequent sports tourism magnet with baseball, soccer, football and lacrosse games, plus camps, conferences and festivals. Recently used for COVID testing and vaccinations!

  • Sugg Farm Renovation
    “117 acres of [former farming] pastures and woods that overlook [part of] Bass Lake and are part of a conservation easement overseen by Triangle Land Conservancy”. Currently the home of Holly Springs annual July 4th Celebration featuring food trucks, live music and entertainment, and of course, fireworks! They recently opened Holly Spring’s newest Dog Park. Plans have been published showing Sugg Farm as the future home to a community garden, natural playground, platform camping with fire pits, amphitheater, and a ropes course!
  • Amgen BioTech Manufacturing Facility
    Just announced in August, 2021– “Amgen Inc., a biopharmaceutical company that pioneered the use of recombinant DNA technology four decades ago to become a global leader treating a wide range of diseases, is building a $550 million manufacturing facility in North Carolina. […] Amgen will build its newest manufacturing facility in Holly Springs, employing 355 people from 2025 through 2029, at an average wage of $119,510.”
